Bilingual Behavioral Health Therapist (NY) (LSMW, LCSW) - Remote - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy for common behavioral health conditions like depression and anxiety using evidence-based modalities within a primary care collaborative model. Responsibilities also include maintaining required documentation, working closely with patients and families, and managing a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, be fluent in Spanish to provide therapy services in Spanish, and hold the relevant therapist license in New York (LMSW-NY). Essential experience includes working with pediatric and adolescent patients, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
