Our multidisciplinary team combines pain management, rehabilitation, wellness services, regenerative medicine, and personalized treatment plans to deliver exceptional patient care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient outcomes, providing exceptional care, and helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Manage pain management and wellness patients
  • Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and wellness programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in patient follow-up and ongoing care management

Preferred Qualifications

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner License

DEA Registration and Prescriptive Authority

Experience in pain management, orthopedics, family medicine, urgent care, rehabilitation, or wellness medicine preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Proficiency with EMR Systems

  • Experience with joint injections, trigger point injections, or other therapeutic injections is a plus
  • Knowledge of peptides is a plus
  • Experience with regenerative medicine, weight loss management, or wellness therapies is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Training provided for the right candidate
