About the Role

Join Washington Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner Wound Care - part time 0.6FTE in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates interdisciplinary plans of care for all referred patients with wound/ostomy/continence issues.
  • · Performs specialized procedures, such removal of devitalized tissue, removal of sutures and other procedures as per specialty training, referring complex cases to appropriate treating specialty.
  • · Writes wound care dressing orders and supplies for inpatients and outpatients.
  • · Refers patient to necessary outpatient clinics for continued care in addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.

  • of the Joint Commission, Title 22, OSHA, and all other regulatory organizations.
