Main Street Animal Clinic is seeking an Experienced Associate Veterinarian with strong surgical skills to join our thriving small animal veterinary hospital in Oakland, Tennessee.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking a veterinarian who:
• Has experience performing advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures
• Is confident managing surgical cases such as TPLOs, fracture repairs, splenectomies, mass removals, and dentistry
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and support staff
• Provides exceptional client communication and patient care
• Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee
• Certification in Animal Chiropractic is highly valued but not required.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Barry Miller, has extensive interests in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, TPLO procedures, and preventive care. Our team also includes a board-certified pet chiropractor with expertise in laser therapy and ultrasound.

Compensation

• Up to $140,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)
• Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
