Physician

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide general primary and preventive health care, counseling, and treatment to patients within an integrated medical home model. They will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients in achieving health goals and improving overall health outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited school and have completed an accredited residency program. Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible and possess or be eligible for a Montana medical license and an unrestricted DEA license.
