Fee-For-Service (FFS)

LMSW: $40 per locked note

LMHC/LCSW: $50 per locked note

In this vital role, you will

* Conduct all aspects of psychotherapy with families, children, and adolescents

* Attend supervisory sessions as scheduled and demonstrate motivation for learning and willingness to take direction.

* Attend weekly social work meetings arriving promptly, participating actively in the process and assuming responsibility for rotating presentations.

* Attend annual agency training for Quality Assurance including fire safety, mandated reporting of abuse and universal precautions.

* Initiate and maintain contact with other agency departments regarding your patients as necessary and appropriate in the service of quality treatment.

We require

* Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

* Current NYS License in LMSW/LCSW, or LMHC

* Experience working with children and adolescents

* Strong clinical experience, required
