About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient advocacy by responding and addressing patient and families' expectation of care concerns and facilitating expectation of care concerns that meet 24

hour resolution.

Route and respond to expectation of care concerns for grievance investigation, respond to patient/family in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Collect data by abstracting pertinent information from the medical record for defined quality indicators. Assist in the identification and improvement of quality metrics as needed.
