Key Responsibilities
The Associate Medical Director provides leadership to clinicians and staff while partnering with operations to ensure high-quality medical care and strategic goal attainment. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, providing financial and leadership coaching, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active MD/DO medical license in New Mexico and be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine. At least 3 years of experience as a practicing physician and 2-3 years of management experience in a clinical setting are preferred.
