Occupational Therapist

Therapeutic Associates Grants Pass Physical Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

How You Will Make an Impact

Occupational Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans.

Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR (EPIC) software.

OT will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required.

• What you will need to bring to the table
• Current State Occupational Therapist License.

1+ year of therapy experience with adult physical disabilities required. 1+ year therapy experience in related rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Current CPR certification.
• Commitment to top quality patient care.
• Demonstrated eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
• Ability to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs.
