Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Care Manager provides member-centered care management for complex populations by coordinating medical and behavioral health services. They conduct biopsychosocial assessments, facilitate interdisciplinary care team meetings, and ensure integrated support through community resources and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to conduct in-person field visits are required.
