About the Role

Thrive Now Therapy, LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Gastonia, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment. This role is a unique case management position with limited clinical hands on work.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and pain relief
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care
