Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and range of motion to develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and pain relief
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy licensure in the state of South Carolina
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based PT practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
