Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration efforts

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification required or in process
• Previous clinical experience in a relevant care setting preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy and care delivery
