Adolescent Therapist - Substance Use, Co-Occurring, and Mental Health

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide ongoing counseling services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to adolescents dealing with substance use and co-occurring mental health issues within an open access system model. Key duties involve conducting assessments, developing treatment and discharge plans, documenting services in the EHR, and utilizing evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold a professional license (LCSW/LSWL/LPC/LAC/LMFT/LAMFT) in the state of practice without active sanctions. Additional requirements include maintaining a valid driver's license with an acceptable record and demonstrating strong independent thinking, judgment, and time management skills.
