Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will evaluate patients and establish prescribed therapy programs to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility. They are responsible for implementing treatment plans, reassessing patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid license in the State of Washington. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and Healthcare provider CPR certification are preferred.
