The Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader acts as a role model and mentor to the pharmacy team while completing a training roadmap to prepare for independent pharmacy management. Responsibilities include ensuring safe prescription dispensing, providing patient counseling, managing inventory, and overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience as a Staff or District Support Pharmacist and hold an active Pharmacist License and NPI. Applicants must also be able to work in a retail environment and meet all state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
