Key Responsibilities
The PMHNP will conduct telehealth evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to manage member care and document progress in the EHR.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Arizona and possess at least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment. Active DEA registration and experience prescribing Suboxone are required.
