Rehabilitation-Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist
Basic Purpose of the Job
Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their home.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in physical therapy (PT)
- 2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population
- Current state PT license
- CPR certification

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering medically prescribed treatments to patients within their homes. They must work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and maintaining professional standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess at least two years of clinical experience. A current state PT license and CPR certification are mandatory requirements for this role.
