Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct and consultative services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote functional independence. They will collaborate with staff and families to develop therapeutic strategies, provide training, and ensure Individual Service Plans are effectively implemented.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts with 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, liability insurance, and the ability to pass background checks are required.
