Key Responsibilities

The Site Medical Lead serves as the front-line provider lead, partnering with clinic management to oversee day-to-day patient care and operational goals. They are responsible for driving clinical efficiency, mentoring new providers, and facilitating quality and safety improvement projects at the North Branch location.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold current NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and the ability to obtain Minnesota state licensure and DEA certification are required.
