Key Responsibilities

The Site Medical Lead serves as the front-line provider lead, partnering with clinic management to oversee daily patient care, operational efficiency, and financial goals. They also facilitate staff meetings, support provider recruitment and onboarding, and champion quality and safety improvement projects.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and be BC/BE through the NCCPA. A valid Minnesota PA license with prescriptive authority and DEA certification are required, with at least two years of primary care experience preferred.
