Servicing for Central and North/North East San Antonio Metro areas.

Medicare SOCs / Recerts: $115.00

Non-Medicare SOC's / Recerts: $100.00

** Treatments/DC: $70.00

What You'll Do

Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's. Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes. Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications. Be willing to travel within an established radius. Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
