The Patient Relations Representative is responsible for greeting patients, managing the patient portal, and verifying insurance and demographic information. They also handle appointment scheduling, document scanning, and the collection of financial obligations for services rendered.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have 7 to 11 months of experience in data processing or clerical administration. A Level I fingerprint clearance card is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
