Key Responsibilities

Provides integrated behavioral health services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis management, within a primary care setting. Coordinates care with medical teams to ensure a whole-health approach and may provide clinical supervision to non-independently licensed providers.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and a valid Arizona Behavioral Health Professional license with at least three years of post-graduate experience. BLS certification and a Level I fingerprint clearance card are also mandatory.
