Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients in their homes to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility. Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Texas and possess a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred, along with strong communication skills and evidence-based clinical knowledge.
