Key Responsibilities

• Provides skilled occupational therapy in the home setting to patients ranging in age from adolescent through geriatric.

• Conducts occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following illness or injury.

Requirements

• acute setting Required Prior home heatlh experience Preferred Licenses and Certifications OT

• Occupational Therapist – Registered Current GA License as Occupational Therapist Upon Hire Required and CPR

• Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Current CPR certification Upon Hire Required and DL NUMBER

• Driver License, Valid and in State Current valid GA driver’s license Upon Hire Required Business Unit: Company Name Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
