Assistant Professor - Department of Anesthesiology

The University of Tennessee Health Sciences, Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a non-tenure track Anesthesiologist as a full-time academic Open Rank Professor. Academic rank is commensurate with training and experience.

Responsibilities

Duties include providing patient care and training of residents, fellows, and SRNAs.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: MD or equivalent degree. Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency program and Pediatric Fellowship, sub- certifications/training is highly preferred.

LICENSES: Board-certified or board-eligible for examination by the ABA. ABPN board certification or board eligibility. Eligible for a license in the State of Tennessee. A current unrestricted license as a Physician in Tennessee. Current certification DEA number. Eligible for malpractice insurance. Relocation is not required; however, the work is on-site.
