• The Center for Family Guidance, in partnership with Inspira Medical Center
• Mannington, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Director of
• Inpatient Psychiatry to lead our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This

leadership role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality psychiatric care

while providing clinical oversight, driving program development, and making a

meaningful impact in an underserved South Jersey community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for inpatient psychiatric services

• Deliver direct patient care including psychiatric evaluations and medication

• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists,

• Develop and implement clinical protocols, workflows, and quality initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Participate in program development and strategic planning

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of clinical staff

• Provide consultation services as needed within the hospital

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified in Psychiatry (required for Medical Director role)

• Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA license required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Experience in inpatient psychiatry strongly preferred

• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
