Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary clinician for a defined patient panel, providing longitudinal care including preventive services and chronic disease management. Perform in-office procedures and maintain patient records while collaborating with a medical director and support staff.

Requirements

Requires an active, unencumbered Texas licensure as an APRN-FNP or PA with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in family or primary care. Candidates must possess hands-on procedural skills and maintain active DEA and BLS certifications.
