The therapist will diagnose and treat mental health disorders while developing personalized treatment plans for patients. They will also collaborate with an integrated care team to provide coordinated care and crisis intervention as needed.
Candidates must hold an active Illinois license such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC. At least one year of professional psychotherapy experience is preferred along with proficiency in EMR systems.
