Primary Therapist - Lead

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Primary Therapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy while managing a designated caseload and developing treatment plans. Additionally, the role involves providing clinical supervision to staff and participating in quality improvement activities to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a Human Services field and possess a valid clinical license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or PhD. Five to seven years of relevant experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
