Key Responsibilities

implement the plan of care and to provide psych/social interventions.

provide high-quality, person-centered care to all participants.

develop a comprehensive plan of care for each participant.

Requirements

Must be licensed in Kentucky as a Certified Social worker or Licensed Clinical Social worker

Must have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up

date immunizations before having direct participant contact.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $65K - $74K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) in United States.
