Job Summary LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
*This Position is a one-on-one shift at the patient Home*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Duties LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan patient care
Requirements LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in geriatrics, medical office settings, and cardiac care is preferred
- Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan
- Familiarity with pain management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
