Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist is responsible for the ethical and accurate compounding and dispensing of prescription medications while providing clinical counsel to customers. They also oversee pharmacy technicians, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, with a Doctorate preferred, along with a valid state pharmacy license. Candidates must have at least three years of pharmaceutical experience and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and HIPAA regulations.
