Key Responsibilities
Perform home health physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for adult and geriatric patients. Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments and educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs.
Requirements
Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active Texas PT license or eligibility for Compact PT Licensure. Candidates must have at least one year of home health experience and current CPR certification.
