Key Responsibilities

The APRN will assist physicians in the care and teaching of hematology and oncology patients, including performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and managing treatment plans. They are also responsible for conducting multi-disciplinary rounds, triaging patients, and documenting care in accordance with clinical protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and possess a valid state license. A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology is required, along with current BLS and relevant professional certifications.
