Key Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to deliver primary care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities include performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, providing treatments, and managing chronic care needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a State of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license. A minimum of three years of previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
