We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Cardiac Care provider for a float position between our centers located in Fairmont, Morgantown, and Grafton, WV.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with AlignMed in Fairmont, West Virginia.
The Cardiac Care Advanced Practice Provider delivers direct cardiovascular care to nursing center residents in collaboration with physicians. They also provide consultation and education to nursing staff and coordinate care transitions for patients.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience in cardiology. A master's degree is required for Nurse Practitioners, and NCCPA certification is required for Physician Assistants.
