We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Cardiac Care provider for a float position between our centers located in Albuquerque, NM.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with AlignMed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Cardiac Care Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with medical teams to diagnose, treat, and manage cardiovascular conditions for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They also provide clinical consultation and education to nursing staff and families to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience in cardiology. A master's degree is required for Nurse Practitioners, and NCCPA certification is required for Physician Assistants.
