Join Independence Rehab as a Speech Language Pathologist PRN in Salt Lake City, Utah. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN Maple Ridge Healthcare / 455 E. 900 S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia-related needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care focused on safety, function, and quality of life.
  • Conduct swallowing evaluations and recommend appropriate diet modifications and compensatory strategies.
  • Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and therapy teams to support resident care plans.

Requirements

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Organized, self-directed, and patient-focused.
