The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment for geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on dysphagia, cognitive-linguistic, and speech-language needs. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning to improve patient quality of life.
Candidates must hold an active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and a degree from an accredited program. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
