Key Responsibilities

This role autonomously delivers physical therapy treatment, involving patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, assessing progress toward goals, and ensuring patient needs are met through access to care and quality metrics. The therapist also assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy and hold current physical therapy licensure in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. No prior work experience is explicitly required, but proficiency in computer applications and strong communication and decision-making skills are necessary.
