Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will provide hospice care by evaluating patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing comprehensive plans of care. They are also responsible for conducting face-to-face eligibility visits and collaborating with the medical director to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, a current nursing license, and a DEA license. At least one year of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role is required, with preference given to those with hospice or palliative care experience.
