The therapist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to clients. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and engage in community outreach.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess a current professional license such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. At least one year of experience working with children and families is required.
