We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field
* One (1) year working in a home health setting is required
* Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
* Active PT license in Virginia
* Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy treatment to patients in their homes. Utilize care maps and EMR systems to document patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
