We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and nationally certified
* Two (2) years experience providing care as an OT is preferred
* One (1) year home health experience is preferred
* Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
* Active OT license in Virginia is required
* Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 occupational therapy treatment to patients within their homes. Utilize care maps and electronic medical records to document patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
