Key Responsibilities
The social worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral and psychiatric needs. They will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and manage patient documentation to ensure compliance with facility standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess appropriate state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LSW. Two or more years of experience working with this patient population is preferred, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
