Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed and relational approaches within a residential treatment setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation for a caseload of 6-8 clients.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid license or provisional license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Missouri. The role requires a passion for working with adolescents and experience in residential treatment or trauma-informed care.
