Key Responsibilities
The counselor provides clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and substance use counseling services to individuals and families within the SBIRT program. They are responsible for conducting screenings, brief interventions, treatment planning, and coordinating care with community resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling, or a doctorate in counseling, with at least one year of experience. A valid New Jersey license or credential such as LSW, LAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, CADC, or LCADC is required.
