Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems for residents. They will also monitor patient responses, perform bronchopulmonary drainage, and collaborate with the care team on discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an NBRC-accredited program and hold a valid Ohio license as a CRT or RRT. A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in long-term care and ventilator management, is required along with Basic Life Support certification.
